1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the PokerNotes application, a tool for taking notes on and analysing live poker hands. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the service

Access requires creating an account via Google sign-in. The service is offered under several plans described on the pricing page. Some features are reserved for paid plans, governed by the terms of sale.

3. Minimum age

The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. PokerNotes is a personal tracking tool and offers no gambling.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the application;
• access other users' data.

5. Your content

The hands, tournaments and notes you enter belong to you. You grant us only the right to store and process them to provide the service. You may export or delete them at any time from your profile page.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We strive to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We cannot be held liable for decisions you make based on the statistics provided.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
