Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of PokerNotes paid subscriptions purchased by consumers. The seller is Matthis DUPONT (micro-entreprise, France, SIRET 92078305700028).

1. Plans and prices

The available plans, their features and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Billing is monthly or annual depending on the chosen period.

2. Subscription and payment

Payment is processed by our provider Stripe through a secure payment page. No card data passes through our servers. The subscription is confirmed once payment is validated.

3. Renewal

The subscription renews automatically at each term for the same duration, until you cancel it.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access to paid features until that date. No pro-rata refund is made for the current period unless required by law.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you generally have 14 days to withdraw. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right does not apply once you have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the service and waived your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28). This consent is requested at the time of purchase.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge ([TO COMPLETE: competent consumer mediator, if applicable]) before any legal action.
