Frequently asked questions

Everything about taking notes, tracking hands and using PokerNotes.

What is a poker hand tracker?

A poker hand tracker is a tool that records the hands you play so you can review them later. PokerNotes is built for live poker: you enter each hand from preflop to river in a few taps and keep a searchable history.

How do I take notes on a poker hand?

Open a new hand, pick the tournament and blinds, set the positions and stacks, then enter the actions from preflop to river. PokerNotes is designed for the fastest possible entry so you can note a hand at the table without missing the next one.

Can I track my live poker sessions and results?

Yes. Every hand you save feeds a clean history and global statistics (hands, tournaments, ABI, bb/100, best and worst positions) so you can track your live performance over time.

Can I replay and share a hand?

Yes. Each saved hand can be replayed on an animated poker table, and you can share it with a public link — perfect for showing a cooler or asking friends for feedback.

Is PokerNotes free?

The Freeroll plan is free and lets you record and share heads-up hands. The Reg and Pro plans add multi-way pots, antes, tournament ICM input and a built-in analysis tool.

Is my data private?

Yes. PokerNotes uses only strictly necessary storage and no advertising trackers. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from your profile.
